Hi all. Seem to be having a problem with my plastic pipe that goes to the throttle body popping off. I was wondering what other options are out there as this part is starting to get old. And i want to make it reliable when pushing boost.
I've tried new clamps but think I want to replace it with something better

I assume you mean the throttle body elbow?
The rubber seal inside it flogs out, your best option is probably to replace the elbow altogether, mine has a 90degree mandrel bend piece with silicone joiners, I got it off my wreck and its much more reliable than the factory shit, but itd be simple to make.

I suppose I neglected the vac hose nipples, but they could be done the same drilling a hole and self tapping them, its just aluminium

The ultimate is the pros engineering pipe if you can find one. $$$$

I had the same problem, untill I was lucky enough to get my hands on a pro's pipe :) My old pipe had blown off a few times, and since I've had this, nothing!
(ignore all the other gas-related stuffs)
