Trailer wiring loom

Howdy all,

Is there an off the shelf wiring loom for a trailer, or is it something I will need to make? I'm getting a tow made up, so need to sort a loom.

No plug and play harness that I know of.

I spliced the wires into the loom behind taillights.

Description        Trailer Loom        Car Loom
Left Indicator        Yellow             Green/Black
Right Indicator       Green              Green/Yellow
Brakes                Red                Green
Tail Lights           Brown              Green/White
Ground                White              Black
