I would use it as a power steering cooler, it probably isn't quite big enough to handle the auto trans.

im with Brad.. there isn't enough rows in there to help cool down your transmission..

I'd say double the amount of rows.. and you'll be ok with it..

I saw that but the VL bit put me off, lol
But until I get another this has got to be better than no cooler??? The car showed a best of 42 outside yesterday and I am just worried/paranoid about the trans

Yeah but when you have a look at what temp your trans is working at, 42c is cold so taking it easy when its hot would be as good. Use that cooler for the power steering it wont do much good on the trans.

I have just picked up what looks like a std atf cooler for a V300/Magna...

Its 15 a row unit.
