Hey guys,

I need the correct tyre sizes for my rims...

i have:

18x9 up front
18x10.5 on rear

i want to know what sizes would be correct if i wanted to have mild stretch?? (i need a bit to not scrub...)

If it is of any signifigance, i will be running Kumho KU36 semi-slicks

Any help appreciated!!

Cheers

Pay your $5 membership fee & you can post anywhere you like! Restrictions lifted!

Don't be saying you don't have $5 either. If you can afford a Legnum, you can pay $5.

225/40 on the front, 245/40 on the rear should be spot on.

you sure they're 10.5 not 10?

Definately 10.5, they have 255 on them at the moment and they have a little bit of stretch, from my reading, 255 = about 10.4" wide tyre?

225/40 and 255/35. Also, R1R > RT615-K > KU36 ;)

$$$ are a factor for me, i can get the ku36's for around $250 a tyre for the 255's :)

i can get Federal 595EVO's for about $180 a tyre but i havent heard very good things about them, whereas ive heard nothing but good things about ku36

I agree with Hank, 225/40 and 255/35 are very close in rolling diameter which will keep the transfer case happy
