I found mine in about 20mins by looking for carparks in Tokyo from the satellite view and then switching to street view and "driving" around them

So far, i've found two 8G's in Tokyo.
Still on the hunt for actual VR-4's.
Tokyo seems to have a shit load of Chasers, Cubes and Elgrands, though

HAHAHA, no, not days, just minutes. As Lee mentioned, best area to look for are open carparks expecially in Japan. There are thousands and thousands of them, blocks by blocks.

Secondly, look in a dense residential area, just trace the long stretch street and 100% you'll find one. The UK one, I found that in just 10mins tops.

Thirdly, look on a busy streets like main roads or highway.

And my tiny little trick is, go to CVR-4 and on the members list, sort their locations, that will give you an idea which best location to look for.

But Japan is still the best place to look for one, Chiba, Tokyo, Tsukuba, Yokohoma, Fujisawa.

I haven't been looking coz I am busy packing our stuffs as we are moving.

My next target is Russia since I have already found some in UK, NZ, Japan.

I came acrossed it when I was looking at the street on where we will be staying at and I kept clicking and saw that which is just one block away.
