Vr4 hosing for turbo and blow off valve

The blow off valve wont open and i dont know where to connect the hoses.
Can someone please send photos or video where the hoes suppose to connect?
Its a vr2 galant.

It looks like your BOV is plumbed properly but your charcoal cannister isn't. There should be a check valve in-line from the cannister to the top of the TB. See image below:

'Purge' should go to throttle body 'P' port with check valve in line only. You need to remove the tee.
'tank' going to fuel tank vapour line. (looks correct in your photo)
