International Vr4 Misfire and cutting off not starting

Hi good day guys, i have an issue where my car starts to misfire or lets say has a hesitation then will stall and would not start back. It will start back when i remove the AFM jack. Changed the AFM same issue, changed fuel pump same issue.

Car is basically stock 6a13tt with no mods.

What you guys think can be the issue , Thanks.

Check the idle speed control valve.
