What the heck are these wires for?

Hey all. I am putting in a new battery this weekend and i came across these dodgy looking wires. Cant make out what they would be for and i've not seen them on any other pics of anyone elses cars.

Earthing wires maybe?

Some are connected to one of the terminals on the battery and it seems that one end is even disconnected. They definitely cant be stock im sure..

hmm id say spot lights or like bumper lights !! my car came with feirce blue ones mounted each side of the frount number plate

Follow them and see where they go, they could have been to power bling or maybe a cb radio inside the car, all depends on where the other end is.

Run power through them and look for the smoke

Nah, just ripped them out and hoped for the best.....car still running
