Hey all, I need a spot of help as I'm just hitting dead end after dead end

I swapped out the transfer case and put it back together, we did dismantle alot of the engine bay to free up space, but we put it all back together and it starts, but the transmission is locked out of drive and neutral.

I can move the gear selector to all positions and the box makes a buzzing sounds but then nothing else. No code and the car will not roll at all.

Any ideas on what IV done wrong?
Have I put the inhibitor switch in the wrong position or something/in-between gear?
Cheers in advance

Trans fluid level ok?

Transfer case shares the same fluid as the gearbox for the front diff part.

start car, handbrake up, foot on brake, run through all gears then back to N (P -> R -> N -> D -> N), leave car running and then check the trans level. If you'd just started the car (ie not at operating temp) use the cold scale.
