Items and prices:
Brembo Brake Setup for Legnum / Galant
$1600 ONO

Condition:
Calipers Used, Brake Lines Used, Discs New, Pads New

Description:
Here is a complete Brembo setup to suit a FL Legnum or Galant. It is everything needed.

- Used Evo 8 Brembo Calipers. Rebuilt with new seals about 30,000km ago.
- High Tensile Umbreko bolts for caliper fittings
- ClubVR4 Braided brake lines made to fit the Galant / Legnum, Complete with required Banjo bolts. - Brand New RDA7626S Slotted Front Rotors 320mm
- Brand new RDA419S Slotted Rear Rotors 300mm
- Brand New ADB Front and Rear Brake Pads
- 1 Litre of Dot4 Brake Fluid

Calipers could do with a sand and repaint, but are fully functional.

RDA boxes got damp at some stage. There is some small surface marks on one of the rear disc hub faces, but the disc it still perfect. All others are still in boxes and in plastic.

The brake lines are all the correct length, with clips for the line holders to suit the VR4. There will be no excess line to tie up as when Evo ones are used.

Wont fit with original rims. You will need at least Evo 6 - 9 or aftermarket wheels. The discs are 20mm bigger than standard VR4 ones. After fitment your space saver spare will only fit on the rear.

Jack up the car, remove the rear disc stone guards, Fit and bleed, and you will be ready to go.

For those with a PFL Legnum or Galant, you just need a set of FL Hub carriers and ABS sensors and they can be fitted with no problems.

Hey Gav,
Depends on the pads that you use. I had RDA discs on my Galant for a while, they squealed with the Hawk Ceramics that I used on the track when it was street driven, but at race temps they were fine.
With other pads on the street they were quiet.
Have to remember that the RDA discs are left and right, put them on the wrong sides and they squeal more.
But a set of Project Mu shims got rid of most of it.
