Good idea. I would go for the top type as well.

I would probably want to look at having something to hold the centre as well, though it wouldn't take much to have some small hooks which replace a couple of the plastic clips so you can just hook the bumper over them.

The most time consuming bit then would be removing the grill

Given that I don't really intend on putting stickers on my bumpers, this would look out of place.

David, if you're worried that it'll look out of place, i guess it can be either anodized, powder coated or painted to suit your car

for mine I think I'll have it anodized..

If you were going to consider that second option you may as well just drill a couple of holes and use cable ties.

Alternatively... Dzus fasteners FTW.

unfortunately its not as easy as just buying it and slapping it on..

we'll need to add an L bracket that can support the weight, I see that some use 3mm/5mm stainless steel plates.. but hey if it works why not right?

Id be keen on a set like the top pic. but don't care enough to retrofit a universal kit. if someone put together a kit to fit a VR4, Id buy it!
I hate those rubber band type ones.

nice....But I like the flush look.. id rather take the time to remove my bumper and not have visible bulges lol..but hey ill eat this comment one day when I do order some tho,good find tho..
