Oh dear. Not really into going batty.

Is there a way to disable that flickering? Sounds like it is the ECU in diagnostic mode - can we datalog with it in normal mode? I'd be quite sad if I couldnt use EvoScan gauges.

There is a menu option but it doesn't work on our cars. No one was able to offer any help when I asked and said to put up with it.

Mine stops as soon as you get above a certain speed. It might even be as soon as it registers movement.

Well after getting a virus and having work rebuild my laptop I just installed the Tactrix drivers with ecuflash, and it's working. So give that a try

Sorry man i'm gonna need specifics...when you get a chance, in device manager > ports > properties of the com port assigned to your logging cable. Check the driver tab > driver details should tell you the file being used.

Thanks in advance man, I'm having a bit of a battle with my eBay vag-com cable, doesn't wanna pick any of the drivers tell it to look for.
