I was wondering if anyone has been able to source these that also support our tweeters and covers.
Tried most places stating they have stock but all cancelled due to no actual stock.
Shipping too has been about 35 USD which is a little rough.

These are so easy to break, mine are held on by hopes and dreams (electrical tape and a single fastener) currently.

It could be a viable 3D print if you were real keen, it's mostly hidden and black so it won't stand out with layer lines or colour conflicts.

I like the way you think! I just drew up a replacement unit and ran a few samples.
The pla was better than the factory but I followed the original too closely and I'm running modified heavier one now in ABS plus filament

ABS - luxury! Just need black filament. Unfortunately, I don't have an enclosure so am limited to PLA and PETG at the moment. I do have an enclosed printer at work though...

Does the cover snap on OK?

The cover snaps on just fine. It's freezing outside and raining still so I'll probably trial the abs print tomorrow.
