Evo 5 Rotors & Brembo's

Hey guys, as the title suggests, I'm looking at a set of rotors and brembo calipers from an evo 5. Just wanted to get confirmation that they'll swap over with little to no fuss. Can anyone confirm this for me?
My Legnum is sitting on the Evo 7 factory 17" rims, so I should have the clearance in that regard, correct?

You need face lift Hub carries and I think evo brake lines

Correct those brakes aren't a bolt-on option for an as standard PFL.
