Can anyone give me the details for some EVO workshops in Aussie? I'm trying to locate a part which isn't available seperately here for the 6 speed gearbox. I'm guessing Meek would be a good option?

These are the Queensland ones only. Let me know if none of these guys can help and I'll get you a few more.

Meek is very good

Meek or APC

which part brad? your not doin a 6spd convo are you?

Tokyo Motorsports eh....wonder if they'll service VR4s too. I'll drop'em an email.

I've managed to source a broken 6 speed box, and I can buy the input shaft gears seperately, but not the output shaft. The output shaft sells as a whole and is $2500 or so.

Thanks for the links guys, I'll email them all tomorrow.

Brad - what are the works involve on making the Evo GB's to fit on our cars? I have a few friends that have converted from 6speed to 5speed Evo RS.

If they are easy job, I will consider doing a manual conversion using Evo box

You need the shifter mechanism in the cabin, possible the cables, the gearbox itself and about 2 days. It will virtually bolt up to the engine with no problems, I think two holes are slightly off or something, I'm not sure as I haven't done it yet. The transfer case will fit straight on.
