FL grill on PFL ?

As the thread title cryptically suggests ;

* Can you fit a facelift grill onto a pre-facelift.

* If so, is there anything special you need to do ? I remember from the last meet that Dimi's grill (FL) had to slot into a groove or something to fit in correctly. They also hang over a fair bit onto the bumper which the PFL grills don't do.

Anyone done this ? Anything to be aware of ?

from what i have read for the forum, they are straight fit

The FL bumber has a slight depression to fit tightly with the FL grill. I'm not sure how well it would fit with a PFL bumper...

I got FL grill and I haven't bothered testing to fit it. I'll try to fit in the morning and photo it and I'll get back...

And here is a picture and note the bonnet is not lockin to the latch.

I know that the PFL and the FL bar are different , but does anyone know if the FL bar is a straight fit on PFL model car????

Yes, Beside fog light brackets i think.
I swapped between the both of them often.
