GTR rims offset and fitment for LEGNUM

17 x 8 & 9 rims offset and fitment for LEGNUM

i have a set of N1 ALTIA magnesium rims off unknown car (thought a GTR) laying around here.
I do not want to waste time ripping off my wheels to try them on as i know the centre needs to be bored out firstly.
Would anyone have an idea if the offsets will fit and what tyre size would be recomended?
they are Front 17x8j 32, Rear 17x9j 38.
They have a few scuffs and i was thinking of fixing them up and throwing them on there, gotta be better than the 16s on it now.

They'll be fine.... Same-ish as my fitment

I run 234/45 on front and 255/40 at rear (Yes, lots of tread on the road lol) but I would suggest using 225/45 front and 235/45 rear

+1 one for 225/45 front and 235/45 rear,

if you want stretch, change that to 215 front and 225 rear (i personally wouldnt run 215s)

they are defiantly NOT gtr offset rims. actually they are quite normal and ideal for a vr4.

tyres, depends on ur ride height and ur style. personally i would go a 225/45 all round.

i seen the other thread but i did not want to tack onto the end of it and not be seen.
Will the rims end up flush to the outside arch or sit in a touch.
I have already lowered it somewhat, i would look at doing widest p[ossible as io plan to do some intence work on the other motor i have spare.

those rims are quite nice, if you ever wanna sell, PM me.

click my sig, theyre some pics of a 9+38 with a 235 on them,

and 8+32 will sit 3.45mm further then a 8.5+35 (there is some pics of them too - with a 225 on em)

depending on how low ur car it, they will either sit flush or slighly in.

Not that it matters but GTR offsets are usually +22 & +18 with 9 to 9.5 rims

i thought the same thing about the rims and offset, i bought off a guy with a 32 DTR as i needed some for my converted lancer coupe, had 20x9 up front and 20x10 at the rear, so needed some rims for racing once it was done.
I will start on these now and keep an eye out for some better rims after.

Those wheels will be fine offset wise, you'll need to drill them out if they are designed for a Nissan but they are more likely to be 73mm centre bore I'd have thought.

Those ones are 9.5 0 offset and they aren't UBER concaved so I would imagine in the fitments described above we would be looking at something much more.... Uh...... flatter?
