I got good communication from michael in the end and got my money back ...
I just wrote out my frustrations nicely and gave him a trame frame to return my money or I would take further action ... got the job done ;)
 
Funny you say that. I only got good communication when I threatened to take it to NZ Consumer Affairs.
 
I am going out to a customers site next to their office next week. I will print out both threads and take them to Mike and see what he has to say.
