They are made by Cibie - http://www.e-lamp.co.jp/cibie/f1.html

And they are a complete replacement HID unit.

¥228,000 (AUD$2,400ish as I type this) for the HID set (price reduced to ¥205,200 = AUD$2,160) or ¥128,000 (AUD$3,450) (reduced to ¥115,200 = AUD$1,212) for the same style with Xenon globes, plus shipping...

hmmm maybe for that price see if someone can make fiberglass cover for your lights. im guessing custom work will be cheeper
