Hey Guys,

MCA (Mitsubishi Club Australia) has organise a Xmas Cruise and they have extended their invites to OZVR4. Details below:

Date: DECEMBER 14, 2008
Time: 10am meet for 10.30am departure
Meet Location: Olympic Park P6F parking lot (Homebush)
Where to: Wollombi

Ok ppl I have been given the ok to organise a cruise for Xmas. We will meet up at Homebush (P6F) and from there cruise up to Wollombi.

This is a 2 hr drive along some very good "driving" roads. Lunch is available at the Tavern meals are around the $10 mark, more info on the Tavern can be found at http://www.wollombitavern.com.au.

Meet up time will be 10am for a 10:30 Departure, (to help with those who need to sleep in a bit.:lol: )
Route is below:

If anyone wants to post this on the VR4, FTO or Lancer Forums go for it but remember there will be no hooning, burnouts and so on at this event, same as any event held by the club.

If there is any of this the partys doing this will be sent away!

Driving directions to Great North Rd 124 km – about 1 hour 48 mins
Homebush Bay NSW

1. Head southeast on Australia Ave
2. Slight right to stay on Australia Ave
3. Slight left at Homebush Bay Dr
4. Continue on Concord Rd
5. Continue on Church St
6. Continue on Devlin St
7. Continue on Lane Cove Rd
8. Continue on Ryde Rd
9. Take the ramp to Pacific Hwy
10. Turn left at Pacific Hwy
11. Turn right to merge onto Sydney Newcastle Fwy
12. Take the exit toward Peats Ridge Rd
13. Keep left at the fork to continue toward Peats Ridge Rd and merge onto Peats Ridge Rd
14. Slight left at George Downes Dr
15. Continue on Great North Rd
16. Turn left to stay on Great North Rd
Destination Wollombi Tavern

We've got a pretty got turn out attendance list at the moment. 20 cars are in. A few VR-4's Fto's, Evo's, Mirages, Lancer's etc.

Hoping to see more Sydney guys from OZVR4 come along too. And show them nasty evo's what we're made of hehe
At the moment, from OZVR4 it's Paul, Gorgs and myself. What's everyone else doing on Sunday?! Brad? Jono? Chris? Hehe

Hey I might be able to make this !

I won't be able to drive down to Sydney to leave for the cruise, so what I was thinking was tagging along at some point along the Great North Road to finish up at Wollombi. I'll just hop on at the tail end..
I would then just drive back to Newcastle by myself....

Trying to find my camera charger so I can bring the video cam along too. Would be a rare sight to get so many Mitsu's all cruising past in single file.....
