Oil leak

Hi all,
I have an oil leak, maybe about 20-30mls a day. Degreased the engine and ran for a while to check location as I thought it may be oil pan. No such luck.
Leak is coming from front of engine (drivers side) and running down over the lip of the oil pan. Looking down from the engine bay its to the right of the centre oil pan bolt, behind the pulleys somewhere. Anyone have an educated guess as to the source or possible sources of leak.

Also got a coolant leak somewhere around/above the front turbo but have not had a good look at this yet.

Front crank seal is my bet. Take the lower plastic covers off and have a look

Could be a cam seal but most likely to be the crank seal. Unfortunately a cambelt off job to change.
