PCB for LED Lights

Hey guys is there anyone here who can help me with sourcing someone or somewhere that can fabricate custom pcb's to my requirements and or possibly build my LED setups as requested.

as most are aware I can now access taillight insides so I can install custom light setups so I'm hoping there's someone here who can help.

I design pcbs for a job so let me know what you want! Can also get them (the PCB) manufactured really cheap.

Oh and I can also assemble them as well. About the only thing I can't hand solder is BGA stuff.
