hey guys im new to this site and just bought a 96 lgnum i dont know much about cars and want to try to get some help in fixing a problem when i push the eccelerator the turbos dont wind out fully and just lags is it cause its running to rich or if there is a leak some where air induction pipes or vacume somewhere
