[QLD] Test N Tune - Saturday 13 September

Hey Lads,

I thought I might head out to Willowbank again for some 1/4 mile fun on Saturday September 13. Anyone want to come along?

Gates open at 4pm and it pays to get there right on time to get some runs in before it gets busy.

Entry: about $36 (driver + 1 passenger) $18 (spectator)

Required gear:

• helmet to Australian Standards (I brought an open face one for $69 from a bike shop)
• long sleeve shirt
• long pants
• covered shoes

Hmm just found out that Powercruise is on that same day which looks like a massive "tool magnet" and will probably mean HEAPS of cars at the Test N Tune.

Seeing as no one is super keen, I'm going to move this proposal to the 13th of September which is the same weekend as the inaugural Dawso cruise so maybe he can come out for some drag racing.

I won't race though as my car is my only means of transport home! If i broke something, i'd be up that proverbial creek without a paddle lol

Plus having no helmet and the car being full of holiday "shite" mightn't go so well

I'll be there to spectate though for sure
