Just curious. Why are they being called "Facelift" and "Pre-Facelift"? Is this a terminology that Mitsubishi used, or did people just start using it?
I don't care either way, just seems odd. The MkIV Supra had a visual update, and those are generally known as series 1 and series 2. The FD RX-7 had a few facelifts, and those varied from series 6 to series 8 (with presumably the series 5 being the last of the FC RX-7s), if I recall - but don't hold me to that. The gen2 Legacy/Liberty had a facelift at some point and so they're also known as series 1 and 2. The list goes on.
*shrug*
I guess it's just "one of those things", haha.
