upppss... somehow I thought this was front upper mount...but after reading it thoroughly actually it's a rear upper mount...
Never mind.....the custom one is much cheaper =)

these do not work on our cars,
you cannot adjust the camber on a 8th gen JDM galant/legnum with a camber hat as you have linked to due to suspension design
8gs use Double wishbone suspension systems, front and rear and these cannot be adjusted with camber caps.
something like this...
as you can see moving the upper hat/suspension point will have no effect on camber angle,
what you would need is an adjustable upper a-arm to adjust camber on our suspension.
in the below pick you need to make either points 1 or pont 2 adjustible to make camber adjustments...
