torque settings

Does anybody know or know where to get hold of all the tortque settings for the lower arms, banana arms etc, for all the suspension components, ive just changed the lower arms and ball joints but its still banging so guessing they might not be tight enough but cant find the settings anywhere,

You can download the N/A manual here http://www.ozvr4.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20 which has the same torque settings for the suspension. The jap manual can be downloaded as well
