AS IS. I've never actually powered it on since it has never been in my car. Some of the soldering of the wires looks sub-par, but nothing that couldn't be re-done at the time of putting it all together.

This was part of a group buy a lifetime and a half ago, which I never got around to finishing / using. It has been living on a shelf for a while now. I'm in the process of de-cluttering and selling a bunch of things to try and pay some unexpected expenses, and due to not having a VR4 anymore this has no use to me.
Comes with both standard screen and the white on black screen - both still with the protective plastic on them.
