cheers OVR444 and Nitephyre, other one that i like using is located at http://www.rims-n-tires.com/rt_specs.jsp and it goes more into speeds +/-, flaring +/- suspension in a better pictorial layout then the original post and are able to search tyres and wheels that you are able to use(US SITE)
 
hmm if i can be bothered decrypting the actual formula's i could hack it into a new fuction in my car calculator.
 
There are quite a few of those calculators out there for rolling radius but that is the first one I've seen that shows tyre stretch on a rim, well done finding that one :D
