can someone whos got the service manual look up firing order and valve clearances for me for when I give the toy a service.

Firing order is simply 123456. Not sure about valve clearances sorry, I don't have that data to hand.

Unless the numbering goes up on horizontally opposed pistons?

ie
1-----2
3-----4
5-----6

There are other engines that fire in that order, I just didn't think ours would :)

Looking into the engine bay it is:

1 3 5
2 4 6

(or possibly)

2 4 6
1 3 5

I can't quite remember which way around cylinder 1 sits

1 being left cyclinder on rear bank when facing front of the car

Firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6

and yes.. the firing order is 123456 as Bradc stated...

the cylinder bank order is what Kat stated..

same firing order as the 6A12 Non Mivec and Mivec variants..
