im heading over to melb at the end of the month for a bucks night, just wondering if you vic guys could point us in the direction of a bit of fun

Im talking legitimate fun initally, go-carts, paint ball, laser skirmish or anything else that make for a fun day/arvo - we should be there for all of saturday, so want to make a day of it. I think we should have the evenings entertainment covered (although if anyone has any tips PM me )

ill be over again over new years for the pyramid rock festival, would love to catch up with a few of you then, but more on that later.

Oh hell yes

There is a place near me in Huntingdale where you can have go karts AND laser-tag all in one.

If you want pure paintball... Coldstream is the place to go but it is a bit of a drive.

If you want help with the evening, I have all the places covered. Nine bucks' nights in a year does help.

There is a place in Port Melbourne (Auscarts) that have a good indoor track and decent Karts, also, across the road is an indoor skirmish place.

From Port Melbourne, you are close to the City.

I would recommend King St. Plenty of Clubs and Pubs and Girlie Bars. Also only a short walk from the Casino.

lol, i can see this thread gathering attention really quickly.

Auscarts in port melbourne actually have a special deal on at the moment where you get 40 laps for $40, but it's only on sundays and mondays i think and you need at least 8 people. If saturday's your only option then I would recommend either Lemans in dandenong or Acekarts in sunshine, both are outdoor, proper race tracks and the karts are up to 80km/h.

All this talk of go karts is giving me the itch again, if anyone is keen, PM me. If we have the numbers, i'll organise a go-karts day some time in the next few weeks.

alright guys keep an eye out for the beer bus this weekend. Ill be rolling into melb-town late tomorrow night/early sat morn, probably with a bunch of pissed guys hangin out the windows.

Its going to be interesting, we only booked accommodation on monday (1 appartment between 12 guys), i was apparently in charge of organising sat arvo activities, just because i said i had a couple of ideas (and have obviously done nothing about it) and have the name of 5 adult clubs that will probably be too 'classy' for our rabble.

Had an awsome time, loved the local girls, disliked the local weather, loved the $7 long necks, disliked the lack of sleep.

Stay tuned for another visit and possiblly meet between xmas and new years.
