Vr4 bad idle/no power

What could cause spark plug to look like this?
Fuel problem or bad coil? When this first started it boosted ok with little bit stutter. Now it doesnt even get to boost before stutter. Sometimes iddle is fine and sometimes it doesnt run on all cylinders.

This is from cylinder 6 so it could be fuel problem?

Car has been in garage for 7 years and now something is wrong. This is brand new and also fuel filter is new. Pump is original and 180k driven. All coils are also original

Did not open backside yet but 2nd and 4th looked normal

That looks like mechanical damage from debris. My guess is that engine is well fucked

Yep it was mechanical :/ found these in inlet plenum and 1 above plug was in cylinder. Dont have a clue what these could be? Maybe i have dropped something inside intake or could these be from turbo?

Situation is that all other 5 cylinder plugs looked fine. Tomorrow i will measure pressures and look inside with cam. Problem is i have no clue where those parts are from. Atm seems like engine is fine still keeping my hopes up
