What is this cable?

Hi guys,

Just went downstairs to inspect my car after the carwash meet last night and found this cable on the ground where I'd driven in. It looks whatever it is had already fallen off before the meet, and I ran it over when coming home (it was covered in dirt).

Any ideas what it is?

My car is completely stock except for the stereo, which had nothing like that installed.

I have just been informed we had some guys working on the power lines up the road who went around the part of the house where I found the cable, so fingers crossed they just dropped it.

definatly not factory, and doubt it would fall from under a car...looks more like cheap-ass fog light wiring... i would n't be worried..... until the car stops that is...

looks like a ground cable used in a car.. with piggy back (blue one)
- any auto electrician would use brown and blue as negative/ground... as far as i know..
