My clutch is slipping and making a ticking noise. I want to take it to some one who has experience with the galant. Preferably close to Brisbane :)

Thanks Guys

NPC. I spent at least 10 years reading through the clutch thread and they seemed to have the best rep. Pretty cheap too..

Ok done, npc are making me a custom clutch, and Neal Lowe motorsports are doing the labour. How many hours do you reckon?

no one likes checking mechanics work, but with a clutch, so much stuff has to come out. some point to note:

correct amount of fluids in box and t-case
correct type of fluids in ^^
transfer case bolts installed correctly
correct size exhaust gaskets used
all piping reinstalled correctly

neal lowe are pretty good though so i hope its a smooth process for you

also, while at it, you might as well get the transfer case seals replaced :)

dont know how many there are in there.. so you'll need to look it up..

There are 4 chunky lip seals and 4 tubey type seals from memory. Hardly worth replacing if not causing issues imo, but thats just me (if it aint broke, dont fix it).

Found my reference pic.
