I found two plugs that were disconnected behind the master cylinder but I don't see any place that they actually plug into.

The grey/round plug goes into the side of the brake fluid reservoir.
The blade terminal i dont recall off the top of my head but maybe its for heated windcreen models?

There's already a harness inside that plug on the brake reservoir

Will check wiring diagrams when i get home.

I just checked my Galant, they dont exist.

My VR4 matches these diagrams attached. A-46 doesnt exist as it appears to be for the gdi.

Are they part of the loom that comes through near the strut tower (pictured) or part of the engine loom?

This is very interesting, I have four plugs coming out of the harness. Two go into the master cylinder/brake reservoir. I believe the black blade one is for the de-icer, which is an option I have but no where to plug into. Not sure about the grey round plug though.

They come through the strut tower

Window de-icer is a 2 pin black plug (A-03)

On my Galant, this connector is near the master cyl and then goes into the windscreen plenum.
