they're are $900 for a reason!

as for the wheels you have - get them coated. $75 bucks per wheel for an immaculate finish that will last.

This is correct.

Plus, good luck getting rims powder coated in HD Black Cherry for $400! Also, you dont get the same mirror/flat finish with PC'ing.

Excuse me for being O.T but Powder > Paint when it comes to wheels. I'd say you can get the same if not better gloss/matte finishes with powder coatings than you can with spray cans, and also don't forget powder is way tougher when it comes to chip resistance/fading.

But if you guys would prefer to spend more and spend longer by doing them yourself- be my guest!
