Securely restrain the cam sprocket using a cam sprocket holding tool, and use a big breaker bar or high torque impact gun.
Camshaft Front and Rear cap bolts (12mm)
20Nm
Must be tightened in sequence as per workshop manual
Camshaft bolts must be removed in sequence to avoid damaging the camshaft
Camshaft front cap bolt (10mm)
10-12Nm
One end of the camshaft has three bolts. The smaller bolt uses this torque value.
Camshaft bolts must be removed in sequence to avoid damaging the camshaft
Camshaft cap bolts
10-12Nm
Camshaft bolts must be removed in sequence to avoid damaging the camshaft
Oil Pan bolts
7Nm
Flywheel inspection/Flex plate inspection bolts
44Nm
Turbo oil return bolts (to block)
9Nm
Oil Drain bolt
39Nm
Replaced sealing washer each time
Harmonic balancer (crankshaft pulley)
177-186Nm
Lock the engine either by restraining the pulley or using a screwdriver to hold the ring gear on the flywheel
May require extreme torque impact gun (1500Nm+). Alternatively use breaker bar and extension wedged against the ground, and engage the starter motor (disconnect the Crank Angle Sensor first so the engine does not start!!)
Rocker cover bolts
3.5Nm
Do not overtighten. Rely on the rocker cover gasket to do its job.
Flywheel bolts
Flex plate bolts
93-103Nm
Can use blue loctite for assurance
Hold the flywheel in place with a screwdriver lodged in the ring gear teeth, or use a high torque impact gun. The bolts have low profile heads - ensure your socket or impact gun is securely gripping each bolt before removal.
Timing Belt tensioner bolts
22Nm
Timing Belt tensioner pulley bolt
48Nm
Recommend replacing this bolt with higher tensile to reduce risk of tensioner pulley bolt shearing and catastrophic engine damage (e.g. valve to piston contact)
Timing belt tension
3Nm
Accurate measurement requires special tool MD998767 and a Beam style torque wrench. This is not a bolt that is tightened, but a belt tension that is held, at which point the timing tensioner pulley bolt is tightened to lock the belt torque at the specific value.

Do it properly, not by counting Ugga Duggas.
Front upper wishbone mounts
86Nm
The bolts are located in the engine bay on the strut towers
