Car made 187kw at all four wheels when tuned in 2018. I have since fitted Ultra Hi Flow TD03 turbos from Transformance Mechanical Engineering in NSW. With injectors and a tune this setup should be good for 230ish KW or go E85/Flex with head studs and you’re looking at 260+
Supporting mods: FMIC, X3E silicone intercooler pipes, Gopher radiator, power steering cooler, oil catch can, ducted cold air pod intake, coil on plug ignition, upgraded fuel loop, Iridium spark plugs, 3-port boost solenoid controlled by ECU, Turbosmart dual-port BOV. Upgraded front pipes, high flow cat and 3” cat-back JDM Fujitsubo exhaust which sounds awesome.
Drivetrain: 5 speed factory manual gear box – new seals, input bearings and TME 1250kg heavy duty clutch done 15,000km ago. AYC rear diff (same as Evo 5-7) replaced 10,000km ago.
Wheels/Suspension: MCA Green coilovers with upgraded springs. Genuine Evo IX Enkei wheels powder coated white with 5th in the boot as full-size spare. 235/45/17 Goodyear tyres only 15,000km old. Slotted and drilled brake rotors front and back. Cusco rear sway bar, aftermarket rear strut brace, factory front strut brace.
Exterior: Factory paint in good condition for its age. Always garaged but has a couple of minor scratches and dents that aren’t noticeable. Minor cracks in front and rear bar. Darkest legal tint all round, rare Team Heko weather shields. Ebay front lip. Custom HID headlight retrofit with LED halo eyes and quad projector lenses, blacked housing.
Interior: Red and black Recaro seats from a Super VR4 with matching rear seats and door cards. Retrimmed Super VR4 Momo steering wheel. Pioneer Bluetooth headunit with Alpine splits in the doors, Clarion sub with pioneer amp in boot. Battery box in boot. AEM wideband gauge, boost and volts gauges. Viper Alarm with immobiliser and remote start. Comes with two sets of keys/fobs.
I’ve owned this car for more than 9 years and have replaced almost everything. I’ve got a folder full of logs and receipts for all the work done and money spent – happy to go through this in detail. You can buy a cheaper VR4 in unknown condition or you can buy this car that has already had all the work done and is ready to drive and enjoy.
Being 25 years old this car can be imported to the USA. I’m happy to assist interstate/international buyers provided they organise shipping. If sold locally car will come with Qld Safety Cert and rego till Feb 2024. In no rush to sell but somewhat negotiable on price for the right buyer.
