I rang Nic today to get an appointment to do a service (change fluids, replace hydraulic valve lifters, spark plugs, timing belt etc.). When I did the tune he quoted me $800 to do the lot if I supply all parts. Today he changed his mine and wants $1500 for the job.

Looks like I'll go somewhere else...

I could probably get it cheaper somewhere else (like Elfe), but you never know when it's gonna happen and how long it actually takes... but yeah, I'm sick of waiting & excuses and their workshop looks like they could do a great job in time! Drop off Monday, back Tuesday arvo!

Yeah turn around is pretty important.

I dropped of mine yesty lunch time to Meek and will be picking it up tomorrow around the same time with a new clutch + working aircon and a radiator flush.
