as far as I'm told these rims clear Evo brembo calipers, also both rims will be supplied by Access Autoworks

BUDDY CLUB

They are lighter, stronger, look better, are the best wheels out there, have a huge amount of street cred, are wider and will give you the ability to run 245/40/17 or 255/40/17 tyres on your car. They will also have more caliper clearange that the other ones.

the dtm's,they look nuts and its the kinda wheel i want to get,how much are they?

and whats going to happen to your current wheels and how big are they?

+1 ...... The DTM's will suit a facelift type-s better anyways (It will look better on a car with flared guard IMO)

Buddy Club's, for the same reason as brad. Lighter, stronger etc

This is SOOOOOO accurate too.....

There is more reply's than votes!

The DTM's are cheap looking nasty mags designed to appeal to the bling crowd. The P1's show you've got class. Just like Nicholas Cage in Gone in 60 Seconds when he goes to that Ferrari dealership and says any fool can go out and buy a late model Ferrari but buying an older classic model shows you know what you're talking about and have taste. The only difference here is that the P1's aren't old and have all the advantages :D

haha.. i wish i had enough mooolah for both.. i'm getting the wheel arch extensions too, to avoid attracting cops and fines

Have you thought about how 9" wide will make the car feel? Probably not as good as you think, tram track a lot more, you'll need 245's all round as 235's will be too streched leaving you wide open for rim damage and 235's won't look as good on 9" wide rims.
Just something to think about, but hey they are going to look great :)

235s will be perfect on 9s! I run 215/45s on my Silvia with 17x9s. :ROFLMAO:

I only said that becuase my last rims were 8.5 with 235 and they were shit, way too much strech /''''\ and looked poo, but then again they were cheapass tyres.

I guess good quality tyres will solve that problem then. |'''''|

i thought that some tyres were made in a way that you can stretch it that far..

i saw somewhere that a 225r40 can be used in a 9" or 9.5"

seems like everyone likes the buddy club.. i really like it too..

does anyone know the quailty of DTM rims?

The Buddy's look a lil dated to me, very plain Jane.

The DTM's look good when respayed from those crappy factory colors...
