After talking to a few people at the last cruise (Matt and Dan in particular) it seems like a few of us are keen to get out and have some legal fun!

Event will most likely be held towards the end of November at the RAC driving centre out near the international airport. Looking at getting a skidpan or even both.

Just chasing an expression of interest at this point in time and I'd like to keep it OzVR4 so thats primarily Legnums and Galants but GTOs and Evos will also be welcome (and if spots allow others also).

So, whos keen WA?

Interested:
Lachlan aka Hank Scorpio - Legnum VR-4
Tim aka timmae2006 - Legnum VR-4
Ross aka Rosco - Legnum VR-4
Tom aka TomTom - Legnum VR-4
Madhav - Supra
Buckas aka Dan - Legnum VR-4
Stirling - FC RX-7
VR4 WRC aka Scott - Legnum VR-4

Until I get a bit of interest I can't get a precise date, as I said late November after numbers are up we can talk specifics.

If there's any spaces left over I am in for sure. I really need to learn how to control my car as I have already lost control once and almost lost it around 4 times.

So I have 7 so far, Felix may be a possibilty making 8.

I should be able to get some more numbers up elsewhere so I will see what dates we can get and go from there.

It's not an official day or anything but a few magna guys are going to the australia day performance tuning afternoon on the 26th, 3PM-5PM, 2 laps at a time, up to 16 people, $60 I think.

Not sure if it's full yet.

I really need to get my car to a skidpan or a track. Have you got more details? Thanks.

You can book here http://dtec.com.au/

If you haven't done one before I would highly recommend the "Performance Driving" course, they run you around the skidpan and will actually sit in the car and try teach you how to do best, is very good.

If you just want to toss yourself around the track a couple times (its untimed) - then you can come to the "performance tuning" afternoons, like the one I mentioned above.. that website has booking details for both.
