Hey All,

Ive searched the forum, now i know with the rear's you can use washers to give it a little more positive camber.

But with the fronts have noticed when you lower the car the wheels still sit straight and close to the guard, now i always read that members here say i fixed the front camber so the wheels are not close to the guard or rubbing, now im trying to figure out what we can do ?

Because i know you can buy a ball joint that gives it neg/pos camber but is there another way ? Im sure i read that members fixed the front camber issue and didnt use the ball joint.

Because with my Galant the 7th & my old 8th Gen as soon as i lower it the rears go on a angle which again washers can fix that but the front sometimes look like they stick out, hope im making sense .

I'm running SPC ball joints on genuine upper control arms without issue.

Experience with non-genuine arms wasn't favourable (almost fatal), refer LCA thread for photos.

Yes i already seen your photo's of the upper front control arm where they cracked, but i dunno why i thought it would have been a bit easier, because ive now looking at Mitsubishi Eclipse parts as they are identical suspension part numbers to the 7th & 8th Gen galant/legnum.

Ive just noticed a fair bit of parts even some stuff that TME done but to be honest i thought there was a easier way like not changing things or something like that..

So im looking at this kind of things basically only 3 different style :

Examples:

The first one is like what we did but you'll find the diameter of the uprights that they press into is metric on our cars and imperial on the usdm ones....

I'm not confident the second would actually fit. The third might be Ok and is similar to what akko is running but others have said the top of the ball joint is higher and hits the strut tower
