Has anyone used Proma in their gearboxes? I know you can but I haven't.
Manual Gear shifts, feel notchy.???

I have used Lucas Oil Stabilizer on a couple of (non VR4) high mileage manual boxes and it works well, they also make a synthetic version.

My mum's 97 Magna has a much smoother gearbox. More comfortable coil overs too for that fact. One thing I learnt is to let out the clutch and put it back down again when you're really struggling to put it in gear.
