Mitsubishi Aftersales Support Application (ASA - CAPS replacement)

I've downloaded the MMCx64win7.reg but every time i open it, i get a message saying there was an error accessing the registry? Anyone else had this?

just copy the above code to notepad save it as MMCx64win7.txt
then rename it to MMCx64win7.reg
then open and update to registry =)
 
Downloaded and installed this following the instructions, working well and going to come in very handy indeed.
 
Link in first page doesn't work, does anyone have an updated one? Trying to download this today so I can stop asking dumb questions.
 
I did see a mention of an update for the original version that we could download on the first post.

Is there an update for ASA we can perform?
 
A tip that worked for me guys. Disconnect your internet whilst installing ASA. The amount of times i had installed and uninstalled this bloody program to get it to work i was near pulling my hair out After trolling the net for answers after exhausting everything else i found a mention on another site by a user that they had to disconnect the net to get it to work. Lo and behold i tried it and now it finally works like a charm!
 
Hi all, had this running on Win7 32bit but have since changed over to 64bit. Does any have this running using this o/s? If so how did you do it?

Tried that but still opens as a .txt what am I doing wrong? Unchecked the file extension and it is now a .reg file but program is still asking for a key. WTF am I doing wrong
 
Make sure you're logged onto the machine as an administrator, presume your right clicking the file and choosing merge?

Anyway from looking at my registry in post 104 I believe the Wow32 bit needs to be changed to "Wow6432Node" prior in the file.
 
Just thought I'd add for those who wish to install this on Win7/Vista 64-bit that I was having problems using all the steps above until I changed the compatibility mode to Windows XP. Works fine after that.

i know this is a bit late, but i had the same issue, so i saved it as ".reg" straight away instead of ".txt" and edited it to "wow6432node" before saving the file and it worked straight away, and make sure you copy the "regedit4" bit at the top aswell or it wont work, found that out the hard way, and im running windows 7 64 bit
