Why not do the old Putty road run? Its my fav.
Head up the Putty (no pun lol) from Windsor, just south of Cessnock, cut inland to Wollombi, do lunch at the pub, then head down around the river to Wisemans Ferry (cue more beer at the Wisemans pub) then home

That's a pretty boring cruise there though Anthony (having done it numerous times myself).
These guys want twisties & challenges..

Nelson Bay isn't the most interesting of drives really, I could visit my Nan tho haha..

A run I quite like is to Wiseman's ferry. Although it is a bit more interesting on this side of the ferry.
