The mrs had some Asian bloke back into her swift the other day in his van and he just drove off (there was no damage anyway besides a little scratch and cracked rear tail from a previous incident)
Scary thing is if he hadve reversed literally 10 seconds earlier he would've collect me as I drove past. And whether there was damage or not I would've chased the fucker down and shown him why I keep a 4D Maglite in the glovebox..

People that hit+run or damage others cars without owning up to it are nothing but scum.

Hi all. I have attached some photos of the bonnet before I start any work on it. The front edges have a large amount of "overfill" to be rubbed off, there are a number of star stress marks in the mould and the sides aren't straight.

Well it has been a while but the car is finally getting some paint. At the moment the underside of the evo style fiberglass bonnet has been painted and the rest of the car is being painted today or tomorrow. Here are some pics of the bonnet.

Hi all, well car is back together except for the wheel arch flare trims, the rubber stuff that goes over trim as per this thread

Pissed off is an understatement, I told him 5-6 weeks ago that I will need this and he reassured me he had heaps. Well he did but thin shit. So does anyone know where I can get this stuff from really quick?

Maybe have a search online or go to a dealer and see if they are the same?

Ask Willy (vr4s) as he used some oem Toyota stuff and it's almost a perfect match

Hi all, the car is finally finished thank god, still have to buff though, will do that next week. As for the the fender arch trim, I used genuine Toyota stuff Part No.
PZQ50-33096 it costs $6.36 for 2.3m and you will need about 2-3 packets. Any way I have uploaded the finished photos, let me know what you think.

nice one dude, one thing I can suggest is cover the insulation's cut out with that silver duct tape with the fiber? that way it doesn't fray (is that the right word)
