Wont find anything like that at Tradelink but you ay have more luck at a Reece store.
Failing that like Match said maybe someone like Pirtek , Pacific Hoseflex etc

Just go to bunnings and get a plastic t-piece connector used for those garden irrigation systems. They're perfect fitment for vacuum hoses and are less noticable.
Gorgs man, try a performance parts joint.... Or a performance parts installer. If they're good blokes they might just GIVE you one
I needed a metal reducer for my BOV and my local Autobarn had one and just gave it to me with some extra hose (SCORE!)

Was at Autobarn this arv and they have a pretty large range of those small bore vacuum brass fittings.

Yeah but there's plastic and then there's plastic. I wouldn't put something plastic close to the engine unless I knew it could handle it. I would assume that anything from the factory in there is designed to deal with the temperatures.
