I have also thought about asking my work to utilize the basically empty shed they have at Caboolture which has its own compressor and a mig (if people were to get THAT extreme) however I am not sure that they would want to and it also seems to be ages away from everyone.

Sweet. It would b fine to do it at mine but only have room for 1 car at time I the garage and the front lawn is grass, but it could be the first weekend if mat as the mrs will be away.

Just let me know. I would use a viper alarm if you want remote start .

Last couple cars have been DEI Viper and they've been excellent with ridiculous range for the remotes (like arming through several floors worth of concrete car park and from 10 stories up kind of ridiculous). I wouldn't use any other brand now.
