Aftermarket Fuel Injectors

Hey all, Im shopping around for a set of aftermarket injectors and just want to know if any members here have had any experience with aftermarket injectors or know what style fits on our stock fuel rails?

Also are aour stock injectors side or top feed? I've never taken any notice all those times my heads in the engine bay.

Our injectors are 390cc, top feed and high impedance (thread below is wrong). But here's some larger ones that Bennoz fitted. If you need measurements, I have some factory injectors sitting on my desk right here.

Siemens DEKA IV fits fine, Im yet to finish mine properly..

ones im installing are 630cc or so injectors, specifically for LS1's and so.. they have 2 options of it.. long and short..

if you're using the long ones you need proper spacers made up so that the rail doesn't flop around..

if you're going to use the short ones, you'll either need this or this as the top end of the LS1 injectors are 14mm and ours are 11/12mm

you'll also need EV1 or EV6? connectors to suit..

as for the rails, I think our oe rails are sufficient enough to provide volume.. you just need to decide on whether you want 3/8" or 1/2" fittings on the end..

Im using AN-8 on all ends on mine.. if that helps..

Are the Mitsi 3000GT injectors and fuel rail the same as ours?

i dont think so.. i think they're a bit spaced out more between injector holes..

also they are low impedance i think?

Different part numbers between GTO and EC5. Christian's right, spacing between injectors much wider for GTO.
Twin turbo uses low impedance, all motor uses high impedance.

Magna rails look similar at first glance but the spacing is different too.

Yep sard ones have a set of the same in the shed, will dig up the part number in the morning if you want...

If that's what is in Dion's car now they don't fit directly. You need to space the rail up otherwise the rail cuts the sopt neck o ring. Learnt that the hard way.

Well the retards that honed out the original injectors destroyed them as well. When trying to tune they leak and are inconsistent.

Pretty much when tuning the tuner has no control over them.

Spacing the fuel rail 10mm higher shouldn't be to hard?
