Hey all,

Did a brief search but didnt turn up what i was looking for. Basically wondering at what point you guys are finding that your Fuel Pump/Injectors aren't cutting it any more?

I want run ~13psi (with aftermarket FMIC), reckon it should be ok?

Cheers,
Ant

Yeah I think I read over 15psi... and you need a piggy back or similar ECU to do it anyhow.

So you should be right.

Anything after 190KW at the wheels and you should upgrade the fuel pump.

Standard fuel pump is otherwise fine.

Injectors will get you about 220KW at the wheels on 90%, at which point you need new ones. Injectors are usually rated to 80% duty cycle so in reality you probably want to upgrade them at around 200KW

/edit: I should say that is for a Manual VR-4. Auto has about another 7% drivetrain loss and that has to be taken into account.
